Terms of Service

These terms describe the use of Video Intelligence, including its media analysis, search, collaboration, and export tools. Please read them before using the service.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, safeguarding your sign-in credentials, and activity carried out under your account. Only invite people who should have access to your workspace. Workspace owners manage member permissions and should revoke access when it is no longer needed.
Your media and permissions
You keep ownership of the media, frames, notes, and other content you provide. You must have the rights and permissions needed to process, analyze, store, export, and share that content, including any personal information or third-party material it contains. You authorize Video Intelligence and the services needed to operate it to process uploaded frames and related content solely to provide the features you use. Source video files are processed locally and are not uploaded to Video Intelligence; confirmed extracted frames are uploaded.
AI output and transcription
AI descriptions, tags, transcripts, and storyboards can contain mistakes or omissions. Review outputs before relying on them in editorial, legal, commercial, or other important decisions. Visual analysis can send frames to configured AI providers. Optional cloud transcription sends audio directly to the provider you select; you are responsible for that provider's credentials and applicable terms.
Sharing and exports
Client review links can be unlisted, optionally password-protected, time-limited, and revoked. You are responsible for who receives a link; recipients may retain copies of anything they can view or download. Files you export are your responsibility after download, including how you store and distribute them.
Plans and availability
The free plan currently allows three video uploads per month, up to 100 retained frames, CSV exports, and 30-day frame retention. Paid access is enabled manually by an administrator; there is no self-service payment checkout at present. Paid access provides the features shown in the product, subject to reasonable safeguards against misuse. Availability, supported media formats, third-party AI services, and specific features may change or be interrupted. We will not claim that every codec works in every browser.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to infringe rights, process content unlawfully, bypass access controls or plan limits, attempt to access another workspace, distribute malicious content, or interfere with service operation. We may restrict access to protect users and the service from misuse.
Data and account closure
You can remove content and close your account through Settings. Deletion of workspace data is permanent and cannot be undone. Free-plan frames are subject to the retention schedule described in the Privacy Policy; paid frames are not subject to the automatic 30-day cleanup. Save exports you need before deleting content or closing your account.
